Nissan Repair: motor cuts out, nissan pulsar vector, nissan pulsar

Hi, my wifes Nissan pulsar vector 1.8 gxe drives ok in the morning but just stalls, after a while, electrics appear ok its seems to me a fuel problem.

I was thinking maybe the injectors are no good, but they are $67 dollars each and I cannot afford to spend the money on them if it is something else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance.

It is either fuel or spark and from my experience it would be the distributor going bad due to oil getting on the optics.  Take the distributor out noting its location, rotor wise, and pull the rotor post and cover off and look at the optical shutter wheel and sensors.  If there is oil replace the unit.
