their is a 5 second buzz or whisle in engine area, when key is turned on(engine off) and same 5 second sound while driving intermittenly and again after key is turned off.
when i remove the incabin 10 amp fuse labeled (fuel injector)
no 5 second sound, of course car will not start.

My 2000 Maxima SE makes the same noise.  I think it is the electronic valve on the manifold that makes the noise.  I have not had problems with mine but I still have the same noise you have.  The manifold is split internally so air only gets to one intake valve at below half throttle and after that the valve opens and allows air to get to the other intake valve too.
