their is a 5 second buzz or whisle in engine area, when key is turned on(engine off) and same 5 second sound while driving intermittenly and again after key is turned off.
when i remove the incabin 10 amp fuse labeled (fuel injector)
no 5 second sound, of course car will not start.

I think what you are hearing is a motor mount. The motor mounts on these vehicles can get noisy over time. The best way to isolate is to disconnect the front motor mount electrical connector, if the noise goes away that is the problem. To find the connector follow the wire that comes out of the front engine mount to its connector.
