i wanted to know if i can hook up and sub to the stock head unit and if i can change the screen even though i have the climate control on the screen now

I think you can add a sub with high input to RCA jack device, but the sound will be degraded. As far as changing the screen I know that a Murano uses a CAN network for the all the computers to communicate, if device is not there it will set a check engine light. The best way is to have your components professionally installed. It will cost more, but if you have a problem they must correct it.
