I saw your answer on posted on 5/15/2005 on how to program the keyless entry for a 2001 Altima.  

Is the process the same for a 2005?

Yes, the process is the same.  If you have problems let me know.  Remember, that the car can only have four remotes in the body control module memory.  You probably only have two in there now so you should be fine.  Otherwise, clear the ones in resident memory and start over.  If you have lost a remote it is probably a good idea to clear it out of memory anyway.
