Nissan Repair: Nissan Frontier 2000 Headliner removal, nissan frontier, overhead light

Question
I have everything unscrews but don't know how to remove the headliner board?  There is some hard plastic by the front windows on the left and right side and above the small windows in the extended cab. Once I get it loose then how do I get it out of the truck?  Or I could go pay $125 to get it done.  thanks

$125 is cheap to get it done.  But, if you have the visors loose and the a pillar trim loose along with the overhead light you should just have to loosen the door gaskets on each side and then there are a couple of sections of velcro that hold the center part up.  Now, you just pull down.
