I have a Infiniti QX4 1999 make. I wanted to know whether I can attach a towing package to this in order to pull a trailer. If yes, what is the size of the towing package that needs to be used. Please answer.

Just a matter of going to the local Uhaul store and get one installed to meet your needs.  The manual says what the load you can tow is and just do not exceed this rating.  Remember that the QX4 is built on a truck chassis so it is a good tow vehicle.  Now, you could just go with the load you are going to tow if it is less since that would be less expensive.  Uhaul has good hitches that do not look bad and maximize ground clearance.  That has been my choice when I get one.  Price is somewhere around $500 to $1000 depending on what you are going to tow and if you are going to add electric brakes and such.
