Nissan Repair: 1990 Nissian Maxima Problem, nissian maxima, radiator fluid

Question
Hey,
My 1990 Maxima keeps overheating. First my radiator had a crack and the anti-freeze was leaking out. I got it replaced so it stopped over-heating. Then I figured out I had an oil leak and some of my oil leaked out. My car started overheating again. I cant find out what the problem might be. I replaced the oil and I guess I have to have the leak sealed but it is so minor, I just want to know what might possibly be causing the temperature to rise like that (i know its not the radiator)
                                     Thanks,

Answer
the only thing that comes to mind at this time is the thermostat.  you haven't mentioned that you replaced it.  i would replace the thermostat, and top off your radiator fluid and get all the air out of your cooling system and this should fix your problem (unless your motor has internal problems).  best of luck with this and let me know the turnout.  xxp_sebby@yahoo.com.  thanks.
