I've redone the motor and an in process of installing the timing change but it doesnt line up with the marks, what are the specification for installing the timeing chain or can you please direct me to a picture of the installation?

I do not have anything that I can send over the internet.  But, a Haynes Manual will give you the diagram that shows how the marks like up.  Also, if you want to do it on-line go to nissantechinfo.com and download the factory photograph for $20 bucks.  That gives you access for an hour to get the .pdf you need.
