Nissan Repair: Nissan Altima 95, nissan altima, steering wheel

First of all, Hi!
My question is, Why does my nissan waste so much gas... also it like forces the engine when its trying to accelerate...  and also when i make a stop, the engine starts to rattle and the steering wheel starts shaking... please get back to me :)

The car probably needs a tuneup and that would include a new fuel and air filter.  Check the fuel pressure to make sure the regulator is not stuck closed or an injector is not leaking.  But, these are the main causes for the shake and the bad mileage.
