How do you get the theft pin out?

Are you talking about the pin in the steering column?  If so, you have to take the column cover off and then drill the pin that holds the collar.  Remove the collar with the ignition and then remove the pin and reinstall using a self threading bolt.  If you are talking about the airbag anti-theft bolts you have to purchase anti-theft torx sockets.  If you need more email me back.
