Nissan Repair: older pickup wont start, oil contamination, rotor

my code is 21 no ignition signal. how do you fix this . i have new plugs rotor button cap and coil. getting spark but won't start.

If there is no ignition signal you should look to see that power is getting to the distributor.  If you have power to the distributor then you need to check and probably replace the distributor.  Usually, there will be oil contamination on the optical shutter wheel in the distributor.
