Nissan Repair: why are nissan frontier fuel injectors clicking, nissan frontier, frontier 3

the fuel injectors on my fathers 2000 nissan frontier 3.3L v6 make a clicking noise while the engine is running is this normal operation or is it problem the truck is running fine

Yes, the injectors click and some vehicles make the noise more than others.  The injectors pulse with each squirt of gas and the clicking is normal.  Now, you see why the manufacturers put those plastic engine covers on.  Not only does it look cool but it dampens the injector noise.
