Nissan Repair: 2000 nissan rough Idle, mass airflow sensor, nissan altima

          My Nissan Altima is still acting up. New dist.,idle air valve,wires,plugs,cap,rotor,oxy sensor,crank sensor, air cleaner, cleaned the throttle and the nissan still idles rough. The engine idles high when cold and drops down to about 1150. The light finally went out but the engine idles rough. In the road hesitates when you hit the gas then runs good.Auto Zone scanned the vehicle and same problem comes up, 4th cyclinder not firing right. Changed plug but it still scans the same.

Please help. This is a challenge now.

I know it sounds strange but the mass airflow sensor is a known problem for this car and for some strange reason cylinder four comes up for the misfire code.  If you can get your hands on a known good mass airflow sensor to check the car before plunking down cash would be a good idea.  But, I have seen several that had your problem and it was the mass airflow sensor on those cars.
