Nissan Repair: 1995 Nissan Maxiama, resevior, dash lights

Question
I own the nissan mentioned above.  I have had this car for almost five years now.  We recently had the tyrods, front axles, brakes all new including calibers and rotors...also the tensionor has been replaced and the battery is a bit over one year old.  I just got my car out of the shop replacing the calibers.  I drove the car aprox 200 mils and then yesterday when I started my car it sounded like I could be having a belt problem or something in the area of the drive belt was making the noise although it was not the typical squealing noise.  I continued on my journey after about 20 miles my battery and brake light came on.  I did get the car back home.  It doesn't seem to have any problems....it is running well and the brakes seem to be working just fine.  Can you tell me what could cause these two lights to come on at the same time?  I was thinking my drive belt had broke but it hasn't and it is fairly new too.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.  Also I am an expert her in Medical Billing so please let me know if I can ever be of help to you.

Answer
not quite sure what you are asking...did you say that its running fine now and it was just a fluke?  are your dash lights still on?  i appreciate the help in return.  let me know whats currently going on.  if your battery light is on, its an indication of your alternator.  you may have to replace that.  someone may have put on the belts too tightly, or its just time to replace again.  that may have been your sqeauling noise.  as far as the brake lights, check your resevior and make sure its full, they may have forgot to fill it after bleeding the brakes...anything happens in the auto business.  when you get a chance, reply to this and ill see what i can do for you.  thanks!
