What's the easiest way to chg the water pump without air tools/impact wrench? Thank you so much!

A set of metric sockets and wrenches along with plyers and screwdrivers.  Get a Haynes Manual for $20 bucks and it has the photographs to show you how to take the pump off and install the new one.  All air tools do is let you remove and install bolts faster.  Nothing is really that tight so sockets and wrenches will do the job.
