my car will start perfectly when it is summer but during the winter it will not start?

Does the car turn over when you turn the key or does it do nothing.  If it does nothing I would check the starter and the ignition circuit.  Depending on the year, if it is fuel injected, you might have a choke that is not working properly if it has a carburetor.  If it is fuel injected you probably have a bad temperature senor or a combination of a defective cold start valve.  How long has it been since the plugs, cap, rotor, wires and fuel filter been changed.  Email me back with the symptoms, the year and model.
