Nissan Repair: 93 Nissan Pickup Tail lights, nissan pickup, turn signals

The tail lights (both) on our pickup just stopped working. When we turn on the lights, the headlights come on, but not the tail lights. The brake lights and turn signals still work. We checked the fuses and the bulbs, and both seem to be fine. What is the problem?

Since the brake lights and turn signals work I would think the headlight switch is defective.  The switch runs the parking lights.  Do the front parking lights come on?  If so, then you have a wire cut going to the back.  If they do not come on and only the headlights come on then replace the headlight switch.
