Hello.  I have a 1987 nissan hardbody truck.  The engine is a nab-z motor.  the problem I'm having is that my truck wont start I have a brand new battery, and when I turn the ignition, I here a click,  but the truck doesn't turn on. But when i jumped start it, it starts right up and it runs good but it wont start when I turn the ignition. And when its running the turn signals don't work but my hazards work. hopefully you can help me on this problem if not thanks anyway.

Check your alternator output with a VOM. Jump start it and disconnect the positive cable from the battery. Check between the cable and the positive battery post and with everything on, lights, a/c, fan on high, radio, etc... Although you have a new battery it may need charging but I think your alternator is not doing the trick. Hence it starts with a jump. Let me know the voltage.

As for the turn signals, check all your fuses.
