Nissan Repair: lack of power, nissan 300zx, filter air

i have a 1987 nissan 300zx. i have very little torque in my car it doesnt break loose and it just seems doggy it could be alot faster. what do you think is wrong with it, or what do u think i could do to make it more torque?

by break loose im assuming that the rear end will turn the tires and loose traction...i would suggest a complete diy tune up (plugs wires cap rotor fuel filter air filter) also clean your intake and check for any vaccum leaks in the system.  let me know your results! xxp_sebby@yahoo.com
