Nissan Repair: 2000 Sentra w/ not working: pwr window, horn, wiper fluid sprayer, window button, fusebox

Question
My front passenger window will not close on command when it is down.  Occasionally it will go up, but only seems to happen when the cars been off for a while and I step on the break then turn the key and flip up the driver side control for the window simultaneously.  This works about 65% of the time.

Also, my horn randomly stopped working one day and I don't know why and my wiper fluid sprayer will no longer spray.  I've guessed these problems may be related, but have no money and no answers.

I hope you might be able to enlighten me.

Thanks,
Robin

Answer
if your power windows only work 65% of the time you either have a bad switch (located under the power window button) or a bad wire running from your switch to the fusebox.  if the horn stopped working, that could be fuse related or a bad ground under the hood that runs your horn.  wiper fluid...check your levels and check the fuse.
