Nissan Repair: electrical failure - 2004 Nissan Maxima, nissan maxima se, 2004 nissan maxima

Question
I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima SE. One night I was driving around and everything was working properly. I stopped at a store and when I started my car back up, I noticed that my interior dash lights didn't dim to the night setting, in fact, the display will stay at whatever setting (day or night) you leave it at. At that point, my taillights stopped working, my radio lights don't come on (my A/C lights do), my dash doesn't dim and my dash light brightness control doesn't do anything. Also my cornering lights don't work in conjunction with my turn signals (my turn signals do work, though). My headlights work as well. I replaced the headlight switch, but that didn't solve it. I think I have checked every fuse I can find and have found none blown. I'm a little bit desperate at this point. Any help is appreciated.

Answer
ok, where to start???
Lets diagnose this first.
Do you have a dimmer switch?
Is it seperate from the headlight switch?
(Im hoping you say it is.)
Does your interior light work?
Do you have a cigarette lighter and if so, have you used it recently?
