Answer
Zakaria,

There is probably a short in the shifter, neutral safety switch, that makes the speedometer do strange things.   If there is a loud grinding noise when you shift back to park when the vehicle is stopped you have a problem.  If you are shifting to park before the car stops all the way the noise is the parking pawl trying to actuate.  If the noise happens when you are stopped have the transmission checked out as the transmission, first gear, clutch is sticking.

The blinker is probably due the the turn signal switch hanging internally.  The contacts are old and will stick.  Replace the blinker switch.
