hi i have a 1997 nissan serena and the prop went bought a new prop got it half way in now its stuck it wont go in or come out help 1.6

I am not sure what a prop shaft is. I am assuming this is a front wheel drive car, they don't sell this model in the states. I have heard of a drive shaft being called a propeller shaft in some cars. If this is a front wheel drive vehicle then there would be drive axles and not a drive shaft. If you are having trouble installing a drive axle then it's because you do not have the splines lines up when you hammered it in or the splines on the rebuilt axle shaft were no good when you put it in. You will need to pry it out and inspect for damaged splines. If they look ok then make sure first, it's the right axle, second line up the splines. There is a clip on the end that has to engage or the axle will come out and damage a whole bunch of stuff!
