Nissan Repair: Suspension I think, nissan altima, zone rep

Hi Mr. Von, I have a 02 Nissan Altima when I go over bumps my car feels like the bottom is falling out lol. I took it to Security Nissan and they told me that nothing was wrong. At times it bounces a lot. I can feel the differance in the car. I beleive that they are stalling me until my warranty runs out and that I am a woman. Can you help me.

If the car is bottoming out or it is making noise like that I would have it checked at an independent garage for a few dollars and let them know that the car is still under warranty.  This could be as simple as an exhaust component knocking against the body or a blown strut.  Nothing too costly.  But, if it is under warranty you will need a second opinion to know before you go back in and give them a hard time.  Also, if they will not work with you ask to speak to the zone rep or look in the back of the manual and you can find the contact number to Nissan Corporate.
