Nissan Repair: 1997 nissan maxima, neutral safety switch, nissan maxima

Will not start,radio headlight fuctional. Does this vechicle have a starter relay that could be blown.

If the starter is good then I would replace the neutral safety switch.  You can check for voltage to the small wire on the starter with someone turning the key.  If you have test light hooked up to it and it lights then replace the starter.  If not replace the neutral safety switch.
