Nissan Repair: charging issues, battery cables, positive cable

Battery Good, Got my alternator bench tested, turned out ok. Wiggled wires, had the batt dummy light coming on when first turn key, then when i started the car and dummy light went off like it should,charging at 13.8 volts. ran fine for about 20kms, then stopped car at store, went outside dummy light didn't come on, nothing, no charging, check with volt meter, got 11.87 volts at battery, turned off car, wiggled wires near firewall and then car wouldn't start. kept wiggling wires , and car started, but wouldn't charge.. this thing is turning out to be a nightmare....

Question -
Just bought a 89 pulsar ca18de motor , this morning i was driving to work on the highway, car started bogging down and loosing power, turned headlights off car ran fine, lunch time at work, car wouldn't start, just click click. tested output voltage on battery got 11.27 volts,reved engine to 2500 and got 11.16 volts.  volts, tested bat terminal on alternator and got the same 11.16 volts, could this be my alternator or could it be a wiring issue etc. anyhelp would be great.

Replace the alternator and have the battery charged and tested to make sure it was not damaged by the bad alternator.

You have wiring problems.  If it were me I would check both battery cables first as this is the first place that screws up.  Also, check all the master fuses and fuse links at the positive cable.  After that check the wiring at the alternator to make sure it is not broken and coming loose.
