How and where do I check TPS voltage after new instalation if no computer available?

There is no need if you have installed in the same position as the original one that you replaced.  Just match it up with the shadow of the old one and you hsould be good to go.  If you wanted to do the test get a $20 dollar multi-meter from a parts store.
