Take the transmission out of the car.  So, you have to jack it up or use a lift.  If you jack it up be sure to use good heavy duty stands and make sure it is stable.  Remove the cross member and be sure to hold the engine with a jack and a block of wood not to damage the oil pan.  After the transmission is removed you have to remove the bell housing.  Now that the bellhousing is removed you take the clutch cover off and the pressure plate.  On the transmission you will find the throw out bearing and in the end of the crankshaft you will find the pilot bearing.  Both of these have to be replaced.  I like to buy a clutch kit that has all the parts.  Clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bushing.  You will have to buy the pilot bushing and an alignment tool and follow the instructions to putting it back.
