Greetings: A strange one! L/H high beam would not work, bought new bulb, same problem. Check fuse, and power and have voltage to connector both high and low beam. Appears that ground is also good-pulling hair out. Any help would be great-Thanks

Replace the headlight switch.  This is the multi switch that the turn signal indicators are on along with the headlights and high beam and low beam lights are on.  Just remove the column cover and you will see the screws to get the switch off.  You do not need to remove the steering wheel to do the job so it is an easy fix.  When you get the old one out you will see where the contacts are fried...
