If I buy from Autopart A Relay p-2020-1311380  il will sudsistitute the Nissan part N° 28450-83G05 or the Alternative N° 28451-C9971 , will your part will fit without make adaptations

It might fit but you might have to adapt some of the pins.  Check the wiring schematic and see if they are wired the same.  From the part numbers you give it sounds like they have the same function.  But, they might pin out a little different.
