I HAVE A 1993 NISSAN SENTRA, THE WHEEL BEARING
NEEDS REPLACED. DO THEY JUST KNOCK OUT AND PUSH
BACK IN.

No, it is unfortunate but you need a press to get them out and in.  Yes, these are a pain in the butt to remove and install.  If you do not have a press go to a good machine shop that stands behind their work.  I bought my own press due to the problems associated with having others install the bearings.  If they are too tight or installed improperly they will howl.
