Nissan Repair: rough idle after truttle bx cleaning 02 altima 2.5 s, mass air flow sensor, mass air flow

My son installed an instake in my car about 2 years ago, now the car was starting roughly and he sprayed the trutle box, the compound became solid and I had it cleaned by the mechanic. Ever since my son sprayed the truttle box,my car has rough iddle of 900 when in D and up to 1450 when in N or P. Codes are for randon fire, but we replaced the sparks and cleaned the system again. still starting rough until the computer catches up. any idea?

I think you are talking about the intake throttle body?  And, your son sprayed carburetor cleaner in it?  Also, a cold air intake was installed?  Is this the case?  The Mass Air Flow Sensor could be causing the problem.  From the codes you are calling for (random misfire) it could be the Mass Air Flow Sensor causing the problem.
