Nissan Repair: How do I remove the idler Pulley, nissan altima, idler pully

Question
I have a 1998 nissan Altima GXE.  My Idle pulley has gone bad and the bearings have seized.  I have removed the nut on the outside of the pulley, yet the entire pulley wheel does not slide off.   I have been reluctant to use force and I can not get a small mirror behind the wheel to check for any additional restraining clips.
1) Is there anything other than the one nut that holds the idler pully to the bolt?  If not, how do I get it off?
2) Do I need to lift the engine from the car to replace the idler pulley?

Thanks

Answer
It should come off if memory serves me right.  It is probably stuck on from the heat that was generated when it was seized.  Use a screwdriver and pry at both sides.  Try to use the long bolt that loosens and tightens the assembly by screwing it in and out and see if that frees it up.  You do not have to take the engine out to get to it.  Have you put the car on jack stands and taken off the passenger side front tire?  Under there is a cover you can remove to get better access.
