Nissan Repair: transmission, nissan sunny, clutch

I Have a 1995 Nissan Sunny,There Is No gears when Trying To Select,I Can Also Put into Gear With Engine running Without Using The Clutch,Will This Need A New Gearbox Or Just Possible Clutch Failure.Await Your reply.

When the shifter is moved into gear without the clutch and with the clutch is it the same?  If it is then I would say the clutch was blown.  Usually, when the transmission is in gear and the clutch is out there will be noise.  So, I would say the clutch.
