Nissan Repair: My 300zx ( 84 ) 6 cylinder non turbo, engine cranks, screw driver

My car was running fine and one morning I tried to start it up but it wouldn't turn over it continues to sound like it wants to turn over but doesn't like it's not getting any fire, but after thinking about it maybe be it's the fuel injection, the only visible problem i see is the actual ignition because I got it from a tow yar and some one screwed up the the ignition so u can start it with a screw driver could that be part of the problem? Also I just had the clucth replaced.

You need to define what is turning over.  If the engine cranks but does not start that would be ignition like the coil, cap, rotor, plugs and wires.  If it is not ignition it is probably the fuel pump or injectors.  If the engine is very slow to turn over that would be the battery or charging system.
