Nissan Repair: Nissan Sentra 1996 stalling, nissan sentra xe, nissan sentra

Question
I have a 1996 Nissan Sentra XE - GA 1500 DOHC engine, Automatic Transmission.
I am doing approximately 83,000 miles.  The car is maintained well, regular fluid changes etc. and on-time engine maitanence.
Recently I started stalling whilst idling or at low speeds.  I have checked everything from Idle solenoid, Fuel injectors, Oxygen sensors etc. - I have done full diagnostics with four different mechanics using the manufacturer software but still can't seem to get the problem.  I have replaced distributor and plug wires, Oxygen anaylser, fuel pump, cooling water pump, cooling water thermostat and temperature sensor. I need help!!  All the mechanics have insisted that the engine is in excellent condition, but they are uable to diagnose.
Normally, will experience bucking and noisy engine before stall - car will also restart immediately after stall!

Answer
Check the intake hose that leads from the air meter to the throttle body.  I had one that acted much the same as yours and the hose had a crack in it.  Under certain conditions the crack would open up and the engine would buck and then die.  Then the car would start right up!  Check this first and see if that is the problem.  With the engine running wiggle the intake hose to see if the engine runs rough or dies.  if this hose is disconnected the engine will not run.
