The car just died on the way to work fuel pump is pumping,I changed Dist.cap, rotor, spark plugs and crankshaft position sensor.I have spark all it seems to do is just flood and won't fire up. Haven't had any problems before this, engine ran fine
Answer -
I need som emore information like the model of the car and the year.  Also, does the car have Mass Air or is it Speed Density.  When you say the fuel pump is working have you checked the pressure.  It should be something like 51 PSI.  I would think it would be a bad fuel pump or the timing belt from the sound of it.  You should do a compression check to see if the car has compression.  Also, check the static timing by bumping the engine over to Top Dead Center and check the cam position to make sure the belt has not jumped.

Answer
Have you checked the fuel pressure?  Also, check the distributor for oil on the optical pickup.  If the seal on the distributor is defective the optical disc will get covered in oil and the car will not fire properly.  Also, check the static timing to see if the timing has jumped.
