Answer
Hi
First I cannot tell you what the light is as my information just lists lights not where they at on the cluster.
As for the overheating, there are many things that can cause overheating.
I would check for coolant level being properly filled.
Check for any blockages in the cooling system.
Check for any leaks.
Check for proper fan operation. Making sure they come on.
If all checks out, then I would then turn attention to an internal engine mechanical problem.
A Blown head gasket. Cracked head.
These can all be checked at most repair shops, they use a tool  known as a "Block Tester".  A Blue fluid is added to a suction device, and air is drawn up from the radiator.
If there is a presence of exhaust gasses, the liquid will turn green or yellow.
Thats what I would advice at this stage.
Have it all checked out.
I Hope this helps
