QUESTION: It cranks over but not starts completely until the third or fourth time I rotate the ignition i'm starting to wonder if it could be a fuel filter clogged a little or bad fuel injectors?

Answer
Hi
It COULD be a dirty fuel system.
I would first recommend a good major tune up (spark plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, air filter) That NE VER hurts.
Have the fuel pressure checked at this time also.
It MAY be a weak pump outputing low pressure at first key on.
If it runs OK after started, thats my suggestions.
Good Luck
