Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: removing door panel, retaining clips, exact procedure

how do i remove drivers side door panel on 2004 alero. to fix window.

Hi
here is EXACT procedure from GM SI.....

Remove the front door warning deflector.
Remove the trim plate insert.  
Remove the window regulator handle, if equipped.  
Remove the accessory switch plate from the door trim panel. ***** Remove the lower pull cup from the door trim panel. With a small flat-bladed tool, push in and lift up to release the retaining clips for the accessory switch plate .
Disconnect the electrical connectors from the switches.
Remove the accessory switch plate from the door trim panel.
Remove the switches from the accessory switch plate, if required. *******

Remove the trim panel screw (1) through the access hole located behind the warning reflector.
Using a door panel remover and starting at the door bottom, disengage the trim panel retainers.
Lift up on the trim panel to disengage it from the inner belt molding.
Remove the trim panel from the door.
On the driver side disconnect the electrical connector from the rear deck release switch.
On the driver side remove the rear deck release switch, if required.
