Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1998 Olds Intrigue, windshield washer pump, open circuits

I have a 98 Intrigue. The windshield washer pump stopped working. I replaced the pump tonight and did not fix the problem. I checked for power at the pump connector found I have no power there. The wipers themselves work fine when you hit the button on the stalk. Any ideas?? Thanks.

If there is no open circuits on either CKT 228 from the wiper switch to the underhood junction block then from junction block to the washer pump.
Or a open ckt on CKT 1250 the ground circuit from pump to G102.
If all wiring checks out, then it is the Multifunction switch.
