Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Cutlass Swap, cutlass supreme, donor car

Hello expert, I know you said 1998 or newer questions only, but I am really looking for someone to tell me what my possibilities are for and engine swap for a 94 Cutlass Supreme. It has a 3.1l in it now and I would like more power. Can I swap that engine with anything a little more powerful (like say a supercharged 3.8l)? Thanks for your response.

I would say, IF you could find a donor car (eg.. a wrecked complete Grand Prix GTP, etc...) you COULD swap all related parts over.
In 94 you could also attampt to find a donor with the 3.4DOHC (VIN= X) motor. THAT was a bad a-- motor, just keep the timing belt replaced REGULARLY. I believe it had more raw power than the S/C 3.8.
Best advice again, is find a complete donor car, IF possible.
