It has a Supercharges 3.8L in it with 137000 miles.

Answer
Hi
It is a faulty In tank fuel level sender unit (PROBABALLY).
The symptoms you describe sound like it.
The part is avalible from your local GM dealership and this
particular vehicle, the part can be changed by accessing the fuel pump/tank unit through the trunk.
I hope this helps
Good Luck
