QUESTION: When using the heater and airflow is directed to the dash vents, the drivers side is warm but the passenger vents blow cold air.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Looking at the schematics and descriptions, the BEST advice I could give you would be to find a repair shop that will observe the HVAC data. The passenger side requested and actual data for the passenger side Temp door actuator.
If it the requested moves with the sliding of the switch, but the door does not move, I would guess the Actuator is at fault (Common problem).
If not the slider switch for the passenger side may also be faulty.
This system will also set Diagnostic trouble codes, so have them check for codes also.
