Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1998 olds 98 v6, blown fuses, car wont start

98 olds went to go to lunch and my car wont start, the power windows wont work or the power seat their are no blown fuses and no secirty light flashing also no fuel pressure. battery checks good.
please help...  thanks

If the car will not start and no power to the fuses, I would HIGHLY suspect the Battery cable or battery cable bolt.
BOTH positive and negative need to be checked, cleaned and properly tightened.
That is the items I see that is common to all these systems.
