Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 2000 buick lesaber, buick lesaber, circuit breakers

without any warning my car refuses to start but there is a clicking noise coming from the starter when we jump the solenoid the car turns over, the windows, seats, and radio all work.  there is also a clinking sound coming from both circuit breakers. can you diagnose this for me

Sounds like the starter to me. If there is power on the solonoid wire when the key is turned to start, it is the starter for sure.
If not I would check the ignition switch.
BTW, whats the "security" light on the dash doing?
