Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: 1997 buick lesabre, many different things, buick lesabre

my car just shuts off as though you turn the ignition off, once it started back up while i was doing about 60 mph, when this happens the only light that comes on is the battery icon.

There are SO many different things this could be.
First you'll need to try to see what your loosing (fuel or spark)
From there, so many things can cause your problem.
Anything from a loose battery cable to a fuel pump.
Best advice is to take it and have it scanned for codes, anything that could help with diagnosis.
