Hello.  I realize the service you all run here for free and really appreciate it.  It's very much needed.  
I have a 2003 LeSabre.  When it gets hot the blower quits.  It runs fine when it works.  lol  If I press the vent button, it comes back on eventually.  Otherwise it takes up to 5-10 minutes for it to work.  Maybe the windows down helps speed it up to?  Not sure if it's a coincidence.

From what you say, it sounds like you MAY have a Blower Motor Control Processor (aka Blower motor resistor) acting up.
To properly diagnose system a scan tool is recommended to make it ALOT easier.
It may also be the blower motor itself.
