Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: door locks, delta 88, sorry man

sorry man this is an old car..i have an 87 olds delta 88..my window regulator is broke so i have the door panel off the door and the window is stuck about an inch and a half open..it rained today and my door locks are just going on and off like there possessed..i cant find my fuse chart on the back panel and i don't have the manual..is there a fuse to pull?

All my manual says is the Fuse #15 (20a). It is not named in my book.
It feeds the power door locks.
The circuit DOES break off and feed other items, so You may need to put fuse back in.
There is a Circuit breaker #24 a 30a breaker.
There is also a power door lock relay and again it is vauge but it says "Near RH Shroud"
